BIO: Hazel is a well known quilt historian and appraiser and the founder of the Quilters Hall of Fame in Marion, Indiana. She has served on the Board of Directors, the Advisory Board and on the exhibit and collections committees of the Virginia Quilt Museum.

MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUES: Hand Appliqued and Hand Quilted with Hand Embroidery.
