CREDIT: Traditional Block

STATEMENT: Sallie made Sun Bonnet Sue baby quilts using her grandmother's lace for twin granddaughters. She made this miniature of the design to donate to the VQM.

BIO: Sallie took a quilting class in 1990 but did not have much time for quilting until she retired in 2007. She has now many quilts in many sizes!

MATERIALS AND TECHNIQUES: Cotton Fabrics. Machine Pieced, Hand Appliqued, Hand Embroidered, and Hand Quilted.
