Kristen graduated from The French Culinary Institute in NYC in 2003. After working at Le Cirque (NYC) and the Mansion (Dallas), she started a bakery in her hometown of Dallas. She owned and operated the bakery for over 8 years with the support of her family and friends. After growing a successful retail & wholesale bakery, she sold it and has since launched a recipe development & food photography + styling business.
