“AMDG” is an acronym for Ad Majorem Dei Gloriam, which means “all for the greater glory of God.” This is the motto of the Society of Jesus that the students at Strake Jesuit embodied as their inspiration to strive for holiness in serving their brothers and sisters every day for the greater glory of God.
