Tasting Notes: Our 2009 Cabernet Franc is a medium-bodied wine that offers aromas of dried red cherries, cranberries, and violets. Typical of Cabernet Franc, the wine has great acidity and a touch of herbs. Pair it now with a juicy rb-eye steak or strong cheeses, this wine is built for the cellar and will soften and gain further complexity with another 5-7 years of bottling aging. |
