Drop the H Brewing Company is a one-of-a-kind brewery and restaurant. Named for Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Pittsburg, Kansas ‘dropped the H’ in the late 1800s. One-hundred-and-twenty years later, Drop the H Brewing Company arrived on the scene with a mission–Craft Beer, Craft Pizza, Craft Experience! Our skillfully crafted beers are brewed on-site. Our savory dishes are handcrafted from the freshest ingredients. We make our dough and sauces in-house and bake our New York style pizzas in a custom Marra Forni brick oven. Drop the H Brewing Company is cultivating an extraordinary experience for the people of Pittsburg and the surrounding communities. Welcome! Gather 4-6 people for this experience to meet the brewmaster, learn how they make their beer, and enjoy a brewery tour and tasting to be scheduled to meet your availability (and the availability of the Drop the H staff). |
