Artist's Statement: The first line of this piece just came to me one night and I thought about how, from the time we're born until we die, we rely on our senses to help us remember. For people with Alzheimer's that link fades away. They and their loved ones are left to hope and believe that the heart holds the memories the mind has forgotten. Marcia Middents Dedication: To the memory of Beebe Moss and George Ridder. This quilt is displayed with Fast Finish Triangles. Auction ends on October 10, 2013 at 10 p.m. (22:00 military time) Central Standard Time. Winners will be notified by email with payment instructions when the auction is over. Payment (Visa or MasterCard) is due by October 15th. Winners pay shipping via Priority Mail, plus insurance and 6% sales tax (MI residents only). Please read descriptions carefully. Note quilt size.
