About the Artist Officer Williams created his bowl with the assistance of SPARC Pottery studio potter, Alex Macias. Donnie is a McKinney Police Motor Officer, Police Motorcycle Officer Training Instructor, and North Texas Motorcycle Safety Course Owner & Operator. He has been a Police Motor Officer for 18 years and a Police Officer for 26 years.
