Six nationally ranked private courses designed by master architects. The six private clubs: Dormie Club (West End, North Carolina), Ballyhack (Roanoke, Virginia), ArborLinks (Nebraska City), Briggs Ranch (San Antonio), Hidden Creek (Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey) and Victoria National (Newburgh, Indiana)
No greens fees, no cart fees, or reciprocal play arrangements
Onsite cottages in various sizes per club, with four master suites, fireplace, fully stocked bar, and private patio and firepit
Regionally inspired, seasonal farm-to course menus and a creative cocktail program to be enjoyed at the clubhouse, in a private dining space, or at your cottage
$30k value ($20k initiation deposit, $10k annual dues)
After the twelve month period, the winning bidder will have the opportunity to continue as a dues paying member, and will NEVER pay the initiation deposit
Winning bidder, their significant other, and any children living in the home under the age of 23 will enjoy full membership benefits for 12 months

Restrictions: One (1) year of membership benefits from time of activation. Includes all golf associated costs; green fees, carts, driving range and locker rooms.
