Carole is Managing Director, Northern Europe for HelmsBriscoe (HB), in which she is responsible for the strategic development of HB and the training and mentoring of HB Associates across the region. Carole’s accolades and accomplishments are numerous; read more here. Recent career highlights include being named M&IT Industry Personality of the Year in 2014; authoring a chapter on Stakeholder Management for the 9th Ed. CIC Manual; currently serving as Chair of the European Council for the MPI Foundation; and holding a long-standing position as Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development.
