About This Item

Description of Item

Get ready for your weekend getaway on Galveston Island!

Enjoy a two night stay at the Bayhouse in Jamaica Beach. This house is great for birding... egrets, herons and spoonbills visit daily. It has a wetlands view of Galveston Island State Park from the upper deck with 3 bedrooms/2 baths.

Accommodates up to 8 people.

This trip is paired with a guided bird trip with Alice Anne O'Donell and Mort Voller. Spend a day experiencing the birds at Lafitte's Cove Nature Preserve,Galveston Island State Park, Dos Vacas Bird Sanctuary, and more.

Spend your next day touring Galveston with your two guest passes to the 13 Galveston Historical Foundation properties and attractions including the ELISSA, Bishop's Palace, Seagull II Harbor Tour and Dolphin Watch, Pier 21 Theater, and many other historical sites.

The Bayhouse is subject to availability and expires on 5.15.17.
