Artist: Michele Muska - Enfield, CT USA Materials and Techniques: Vintage feed sack yo yo's, hand stitching, prairie points Artist's Statement: I adore yo yo's for the intimate time you spend with yourself while making them. These yo yo's were a left over vintage block that I removed several from so I would have space to hand stitch. When women started working out of the home in the 40's they still felt a need to be useful and hand stitching fulfilled that niche. It fulfills mine as well. Size: 16" x 16"
Shipping & Handling Details:
Quilt will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail from our office Asheville, N.C. Contact admin@quiltalliance.org within 12 hours of auction close if you are local and would like to pick up your quilts in person.
Shipping and Handling Price: $12 for 1-3 quilts. Add $3 for each additional quilt.
