Do you recognize this iconic church? If you have a child in 8th grad then you certainly do! The Christ the King 8th grade class just returned from their trip to Taos where they not only had the opportunity to visit St. Francis of Assisi but they were able to attend and participate in Mass. This is an amzing opportunity to own a one of a kind piece of art that represents the meaningful 8th grade trip as well as one of the most famous churches in the United States. St. Francis of Assisi is a vibrant Roman Catholic parish in Ranchos de Taos, NM and has stood as a cornerstone of the surrounding faith coummunity since its construction began as early as 1772. The church's unique architecture makes it one of the most photographed and painted churches in the United States. This low reliew wood carving of the iconic church was created by Chris Lattanzio of Dallas, TX. The artwork measures 20 x 24 x 1.5 inches. Retail value $2000.
