Christina Siepiela will teach a Kaiut Yoga class for couples. Kaiut Yoga is a biomechanical method created in Brazil more than 20 years ago by Christina's Yoga Teacher, Francisco Kaiut, in her hometown Curitiba.
Kaiut Yoga is different then the traditional (or modern) forms of yoga because it works to access the joints rather then focusing on the muscles. By targeting the joints, the muscles, circulatory system, facia, lymph and nervous system respond. This practice is highly therapeutic in nature and works to remove restrictions inside and around the joints, creating more freedom and space in your entire system. This class is suitable for ALL ages, abilities and degrees of fitness.
