| How do I Get My Items? |
Available times to pick up your items Sunday, November 22nd- 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM Monday, November 23rd- 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM Tuesday, November 24th- 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM Our office will be closed November 25th – 27th November 30th – December 22nd Monday through Friday only, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM If you need to pick up your items during hours not offered, please call us at 620-275-0291 to arrange a time. If you do not live near Garden City and would like someone you know to pick up your items, notify us the name of the person picking up your items.
Shipping All shipping is FREE and sponsored by Mail It, Etc. If the item qualifies for shipping, it can be shipped anywhere in the United States. Most items qualify for shipping. Some of the items that do not qualify are the decorated trees & decorative chest. If you have any questions about specific items, please call us at 620-275-0291. Someone will be available to take calls during the live show segment, Saturday, November 21st, from 7:00 PM to 8:30 PM.
Delivery If you are unable to pick up your item and it does not qualify for shipping, an RCDC staff member can deliver within our 19 county service area. Counties included are: Clark, Finney, Ford, Grant, Gray, Greeley, Hamilton, Haskell, Hodgeman, Kearny, Lane, Meade, Morton, Ness, Scott, Seward, Stanton, Stevens & Wichita. The two large Christmas trees will be delivered for FREE by C&D Moving within an hour of Garden City on December 2nd or 3rd, depending on which day works for the buyer and C&D Moving.
Notes We will assume you will pick up your item unless you’ve called to make other arrangements. All items still in the RCDC building past December 22nd will be donated back to RCDC.
