This large, colorful silk and cotton quilt with flowers display a bright orange and pink flower with green leaves and a blue background. It measures at 43"x49".

The artist, Nancy Sterett-Martin, was playing around one day with some of the marbled fabrics she had made. She outlined quilted the marble background and added some of her hand dyed fabrics for the border. It measures at 26"x29".

One of Nancy Sterett-Martin's favorite flowers is the Hibiscus flower. After a lot of photographing and drawing she decided to make this quilted wallhanging. Made in 2005 by Nancy Sterett-Martin and measures at 45"x61".

The branch was made from a technique using potato dextrin on a hand dyed fabric background. As this paste dried, it cracked. The artist, Nancy Sterett-Martin, then applied another dye over the cracked and dried out paste, therefore creating some unusual lines of another color. Made in 2006. It measures at 54"x88".
