For the safety of all guests and vendors, we are taking the following precautions to prevent the spread of Covid-19:
• Our venue, River Oaks Country Club, has state of the art, hospital grade ventilation systems.
• Capacity in the main dining room will be limited to allow for social distancing.
• There will be tables and a beverage station on the rooftop terrace at the event for those who feel more comfortable being outdoors.
• All River Oaks staff and vendors will be wearing masks.
• Attendees are encouraged to wear masks when not actively eating or drinking.
