Custom T-shirt quilt using 18-28 T-shirt images (fronts & backs) in time for Christmas! If shirts are received by November 10, it will be shipped back to you no later than December 10. Your choice of backing:  a light-weight denim (most popular), quilter's cotton in color of your choice, or flannel. Size may vary depending on quantity of shirts, but generally 72" x 55" with a meandering quilt pattern.

I received this quilt as an "orphan" quilt.  It had been started by another quilter who was unable to finish it.  I completed the top, added borders, and quilted it.  This quilt is sometimes called a "Kaleidoscope" quilt.  It uses a technique where the quilter cuts six identical patches from a piece of fabric to make each block.  It creates a kaleidoscope effect, each block different from all of the others.

This lovely quilt demonstrates a classic method of utilizing a jelly roll (a bundle of 40-42 strips 2 1/2" wide).  It was made as a sample for a "Jelly Roll Race".  A race to the finish to see who can be the first to finish their quilt top, it is fun for everyone.  The quilt has been custom quilted with a feather design.  It would be a joy to wrap up in on a cold, winter night.
