On November 13th, An Affair of the Heart – Here Comes the Sun, will celebrate in-person at the Renaissance Dallas Hotel. We look forward to seeing all our friends and supporters after a long and lonely year!
Join us and support the students at Notre Dame School! In a typical year, An Affair of the Heart raises $500,000 for the current year’s operating budget. We need your support and hope that you will bring your friends and celebrate “Here Comes the Sun”! It’s all right!

Here Comes the Sun!
Thank you for supporting the students and families of Notre Dame School. For the safety of the children we serve, Notre Dame School is taking several safety precautions at our upcoming gala, An Affair of the Heart.
- The Silent Auction will be offered on-line and in-person at the event via a mobile bidding platform.
- Spacing between guests tables will be increased to allow for more distance between guests.
- The hotel catering and service staff will be following strict CDC guidelines, including wearing masks.
- We highly encourage guests to wear a mask when not eating or drinking per the recommendation of the CDC.
We continue to follow the guidance of the CDC and our state/local government. As these protocols have evolved we continue to work closely with volunteer leadership of our organization and this event to ensure we are delivering a stellar experience to support our guests in the safest way possible.
