Funds raised by the event endow scholarships for qualified female applicants pursuing careers in the culinary, wine, fine beverage and hospitality industries – our future superheroes.

Like Wonder Woman, Les Dames d’Escoffier International is unique and dedicated to helping others; it is the only 501(c)3 non-profit, international philanthropic society comprised of professional women who are leaders in the fields of food, fine wine and beverage, and hospitality. Through invitation-only membership, the organization has 36 chapters across the United States, Canada, Mexico and the United Kingdom. Formed in 1984, LDEI Dallas includes some of the most distinguished women in their respective fields. Together, we work to support the next generation of professionals in our respective professions.
