Anne Kinder

Houston artist Anne Kinder has been involved with art since childhood.  An advocate for arts education, she served six years on the Texas Commission on the Arts and was a founding member of Texas Women for the Arts.  She received a B. S. in Art Education from the University of Missouri.  Anne favorite medium is watercolor and she has earned Signature Member Elite and was honored with a Lifetime Membership in the respected Watercolor Art Society-Houston. Anne’s watercolors are often inspired through travel as she focuses on a portion on a larger scene.  Teddy bears have become a favorite subject.  Her work has been shown in Houston, Colorado, Missouri and New York City.
