The Cottonwood Creek Leadership Development Center, Inc. was established to help mentor, train and equip future leaders. In this ever-changing world, it’s important to prepare our young adults to become Christian leaders in our churches and communities. Whether they eventually serve in the ministry or career in another field, they need to possess the tools necessary to be strong leaders who live out the Gospel in their everyday lives and be encouraged to minister to whoever they encounter.
