One Year Family Membership to Core Fitness and the Garden City Recreation Commission.  Core Fitness provides a fitness experience for all ability levels. They have have a full set of strength training machines, a free weight room, and a fully integrated cardio floor.  Each treadmill, elliptical, and bike has an individual TV screen and workout tracking capabilities. Trained staff is on site at all times to ensure you are achieving the safest and most effective workout. Additional fitness classes, certified personal trainers and corporate wellness programs are offered.
