Wooten, of Overland Park, whose pageant talent is speed painting, finished in the top 15 in last December's Miss America pageant. During the talent competition, she demonstrated her skill at speed painting by creating in 90 seconds a portrait of Ginsburg, the Supreme Court justice who died at age 87 on Sept. 18, Sep 27, 2020.
