DADS who are curious to try the Crossfit workout!! MOMS who want to rock the gym!! This fitness (no barbell) workout is super fun and done as a group - with your CKS community. The gym is right next to the school. This Fitness workout stresses the fundamentals of great form, cardio capacity and getting a strength basis down. It may look ridiculously hard on TV, but it is as paced or as relaxed as you want it to be. Did you know the workout is really just 20 minutes? We warm up, work on form and technique, get stretched and then time our intensity for just 20 minutes. Anyone can do that! C'mon, I'll see you there!

Following the workout, protein rich snacks, beer, wine and water will be served.
