14,475 - A Cycle Of Mystery

JoAnn Stowell
Longview, WA USA

Width: 8.75" Length: 11.75"

Materials/Techniques: This quilt was simply drawn on PFD white cloth and colored with Inktense pencils. It was free motion quilted. I used some copper metallic thread and it is thread signed.

Artist Statement: I see butterflies in my garden all the time. I plant things that they and the hummingbirds like. One can get carried away with the colors and shapes of the designs on their wings. How beautiful.
