This Jinny Beyer Twelve Month Pattern Series quilt is designed as a patchwork course for advanced beginner to intermediate level skill.  Experience with paper foundation piecing is required to complete the pineapple design setting blocks. The shading of the colors and diagonal placement of the blocks produce a shimmering effect reminiscent of a desert mirage .
