Fall Auction 2018
Our focus is to raise money to support the school’s Science Labs. Noted astrophysicist Dr. Neil DeGrasse Tyson reminds us that “kids are born scientist. Scientist are curious, they wonder what is that? Kids need to explore their environment through experimentation to find out answers.” In fulfilling this mission, the school wishes to update our science labs to allow our students to better engage with scientific theories, to perform experiments, to collaborate with lab partners, to learn from failure, to manipulate data and to explore new ideas for problems. We hope to add new lab stations, lab chairs, surface studios, newline touchscreen, and lab equipment. By doing so students will be better prepared to lead as doctors, engineers, scientists, nurses, teachers and entrepreneurs.
We are asking for your support, for our children today and for the future children at Christ the King Catholic School, so we can continue to provide academic excellence for many years to come.
With your support of our online auction our CKS Students will be following in the footsteps of Nobel Prize Recipient Marie Curie who reminded us that “we must believe that we are all gifted for something and that with persistence and confidence this gift will be attained”.

Lip Sync Battle -
2018 “CKS Lip Sync Battle” Party
Date: Saturday, January 26, 2018
Cost: $125 per person
BACK BY POPULAR DEMAND!! CKS parents will once again take the Ozona stage at the “CKS Lip Sync Battle” Party on Saturday night, January 26, 2018! On this hilarious SpikeTV hit, “Lip Sync Battle”, celebrities dress up in costume and imitate their favorite artists while lip syncing. Parents who purchase party tickets will be able to submit acts in early January and a competition will be organized. Guests may participate as an individual act or as a group. Do you have what it takes to be “Best in Show"? How will you win over the crowd when you step up on the stage? Or just come and enjoy the fun! In addition to enjoying the fun competition and music played by DJ Andy Duvall, party guests will be treated to heavy appetizers and 2 drink tickets per person.
All Proceeds from the event will be going back to CKS!
