This original 30"x 30" "Masked Hero" Painting created exclusively for RCDC by Miss Kansas 2019, Annika Wooten, can be yours! Wooten, of Overland Park, whose pageant talent is speed painting, finished in the top 15 in last December's Miss America pageant. During the talent competition, she demonstrated her skill at speed painting by creating in 90 seconds a portrait of Ginsburg, the Supreme Court justice who died at age 87 on Sept. 18, Sep 27, 2020.
