Krewe of Orpheus, founded by Harry Connick, Jr. and his father, has become known for the most beautiful Mardi Gras floats and was the first Super Krewe to allow both males and females to ride. On February 15, 2021 your group of four will ride in this magical parade and have a chance to attend the Krewe luncheon on Parade Day in festive costumes. As the parade draws to a close, you will feel like a rock star when your float enters the convention center to pumping music and the sounds of the crowd cheering “Throw me something!” Now you’re ready to celebrate and dance the night away at Mardi Gras’ biggest, most coveted black-tie party – Orpheuscapade. Your guest membership also grants you admission for four to the General Membership Meeting and the Orpheus Open House. RESTRICTIONS: Each rider is required to provide their own safety harness, purchase $350 Krewe designated bead package, and cover any float fees or gratuities. Guests must be 18 years older; additional restrictions may apply.
