Mrs. Fisher said this quilt had not been finished when she got it. No one could figure out how to put a border on it because it isn’t straight. She took fabric and basted it so it would fit the irregular size and hand embroidered the edges down. Quilt top given to Linda Fisher by Douglas Jones who received the piece from Joy Moore who received it from Debbie Saenz. Hand pieced. Quilted by Linda Fisher in Lubbock TX August 2020. Machine Quilted. 77" length 85" width. |
