Size: 28" Octagonal Credit: Design by Sherry Whitford Statement: Donna loved this timeless pattern that she purchased in Williamsburg, VA. The pineapple is a symbol of hospitality in Colonial Amercia, so whether used as a wall-hanging or table mat, the quilt says "welcome to all". Bio: Donna began quilting in 1993 and does all styles of quilting. Her favorite technique is applique. She is a member of the Charlottesville Area Quilters Guild and a long standing member and supporter of the Virginia Quilt Museum. Materials/Techniques: Cotton fabrics, Paper-pieced, Machine quilted.
