Do your kids love to cook?! Let them learn some tips and tricks from a celebrity!

Your child and up to 5 friends will cook a 3 course meal together with Food Networks "Chopped Junior" Champion, Chef Kenzie!!  (8-12 yrs of age)
4-Hour Junior Culinary Class with Chef Kenzie

Give your kids a Top Chef experience with a celebrity junior chef.  Midlothian resident Chef Kenzie Mills is a Food Network Chopped Junior champion and judge, as well as, a Top Chef Jr Season 1 competitor.  Taught in Chef Kenzie’s home kitchen, a group of up to six kids will receive three hours of instruction and hands-on cooking experience.  They’ll work with a variety of kitchen appliances, learning: knife skills, seasoning, blending, and mandolining, plus many cooking techniques, such as: sauce making, roasting, sautéing, double boiling, blanching, and piping. 

For the fourth hour of class, your children will present a three course meal of their making:
Appetizer: Tomato Bisque Soup
Entreé: Herb Stuffed Chicken, Potatoes AuGratin, Vegetable Sauté
Dessert: Cannoli Cups
