Join the Goat craze!!!

Ellen and her friends can't wait to meet you for the hottest trend in fitness! This Goat Yoga party will be held at the Altman Farmstead for 12 people and will include the mats, WINE and all the adorable goats that you can handle! What Is Goat Yoga?

A caprine vinyasa session is meant to be a relaxed form of yoga, consisting of various asanas (poses) primarily at beginner level and intended to be open to yogis of every skill level.

During a typical baby goat yoga session, the participants are more than welcome to pet the goats or focus on the yoga practice — but the goat kids are likely to make the class more challenging than normal by climbing on you while you’re trying to keep a pose.

With tremendous energy and playfulness, but also a short attention span, the baby goats will attempt to break your concentration and get you to play with them instead.

It’s pretty hard to take yourself or life too seriously when there are baby goats involved, so it’s a great way to break from your normal mindset and relieve stress!

Your child and up to 5 friends will cook a 3 course meal together with Food Networks "Chopped Junior" Champion, Chef Kenzie!!  (8-12 yrs of age)
4-Hour Junior Culinary Class with Chef Kenzie

Give your kids a Top Chef experience with a celebrity junior chef.  Midlothian resident Chef Kenzie Mills is a Food Network Chopped Junior champion and judge, as well as, a Top Chef Jr Season 1 competitor.  Taught in Chef Kenzie’s home kitchen, a group of up to six kids will receive three hours of instruction and hands-on cooking experience.  They’ll work with a variety of kitchen appliances, learning: knife skills, seasoning, blending, and mandolining, plus many cooking techniques, such as: sauce making, roasting, sautéing, double boiling, blanching, and piping. 

For the fourth hour of class, your children will present a three course meal of their making:
Appetizer: Tomato Bisque Soup
Entreé: Herb Stuffed Chicken, Potatoes AuGratin, Vegetable Sauté
Dessert: Cannoli Cups

Dinner is included in the Gentleman Jack Lounge . Chef Mark Mabry and his culinary team have a treat for you! Gentleman Jack overlooks the Mavericks practice court on the South East Plaza Level and has window's in front to view the Mavs pre-game.

Once you are finished with your dinner and before the game starts, take your place outside of the Mavs locker room and hi-five the players as they make their way onto the court!

After the hi-fives, head to your seats in Section 101 to watch the game.
