Easy access to the beach. 5 minute walk, or 1 minute golf cart ride in the brand new golf cart (included with your stay!) the short quarter-mile to Gulfview Heights beach access. Walk or ride golf cart to restaurants and entertainment, including Gulf Place just a half-mile away.
First floor has garage and entryway/mudroom to knock off the sand. Spacious bedroom downstairs has queen bed and full bathroom, while back porch is set up with gas grill and outdoor patio furniture for relaxing after a day at the beach. Outdoor shower sits conveniently off the side of the back porch.
Second floor opens up to fully furnished gorgeous open kitchen with a huge bar that has seating for four. Kitchen opens to dining room and comfortable living room with couch and flatscreen TV, all leading to the second floor balcony. Second floor bedroom has queen bed and full bath.
Third floor spacious master has a king bed and its own balcony. Master bath retreat has soaking tub and shower with beautiful split vanities. Full washer and dryer reside on third floor, as does bunk room with two bunks (bottom of one bunk is a double, the rest twin beds).
