| Third Coast Belize is a modern beachfront rental property on Ambergris Caye, located 4.1 miles north of San Pedro, Belize. This 4,000 square foot house has 100 feet of beachfront, a palapa, hammock garden, sand volleyball court, hot tub and infinity pool overlooking the Belize Barrier Reef. One complimentary 4-seater golf cart is included with your stay and guests have access to complimentary bicycles, kayaks, snorkel gear, fishing poles, beach chairs, hammocks, pool floats, corn hole boards and more. This home has sleeping accommodations for up to 14 guests with two co-master bedrooms, one bunk room with four queen beds, and an attached apartment with a private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and living room. Equipped with a full kitchen, large living and dining area, WiFi, cable, a game room with darts & pool, and an outdoor bar, this home was designed for group vacations. Third Coast Belize is located next door to Coral Divers Belize, offering scuba diving, snorkeling, fishing, beach barbecues and mainland tours to our guests. Grocery delivery and additional golf cart rentals are optional. Our caretaker, Tino, lives in a casita on the back of the property, maintaining the grounds daily and assisting guests when needed. We invite you to enjoy all of the amenities of a resort with the privacy of a home rental at Third Coast Belize. Winner must book 30 days after winning auction item and pay for travel expenses. Any availiable rental date on calendar is up for grabs with the exception of major holidays. |
