Fused Glass Workshop
Saturday, April 6
1:00 - 2:30 p.m.

Participants will learn the basics of fusing glass together in a kiln and slumping it in molds to achieve various shapes.  Instruction includes cutting glass, how a design can be realized with the use of different forms of glass, colored glass frits, and glass stringers understanding the firing of a kiln and other cool techniques.

Students will design and complete 2 precut 6" square glass bowl projects.  Participants will have several colors of foundation glass to choose from.

Participants must be 15 years or older
No experience necessary and all are welcome - friends, moms, dads, daughters, sons, grandparents, employees, etc!
Tools and all glass materials are provided as well as safety equipment. Comfortable work attire is recommended.
