Our Mission

At PACE, our mission is to help people with disabilities find meaningful
employment. Our experts assist families and their loved ones in
achieving this goal by walking them through our award-winning
process.
Founded in 1972 by parents of adult children with disabilities, PACE
Enterprises, a 501(c)(3) not-for profit organization, specializes in providing
employers with qualified workers and customers with high-quality work.
Our goal is employment – to place our clients into a job in the community
or at our on-site lines of business. We are proud that over the last 51
years, PACE has provided the independence and dignity that comes with
employment for thousands of adults with disabilities.
Unlike most charitable organizations, PACE is an economic engine for
north-central West Virginia. By providing good jobs to a demographic
group that experiences high unemployment, PACE puts millions of dollars
into the local economy and reduces individual dependence on
government assistance programs.
